As the face of the terminal, this specialist delivers a seamless and personalized experience to guests, crew members, and aircraft from arrival to departure. This dynamic position blends top-tier hospitality with operational tasks, requiring individuals to not only engage with guests with professionalism and a service-first attitude but also to actively participate in ground operations such as fueling, de-icing, marshalling, parking, towing, and more. Operating ground support equipment is a key part of the job, as is ensuring safety and efficiency on the airside ramp. The Airside Experience Specialist must work in various weather conditions and be flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role demands excellent communication skills, collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and crew members, and a keen eye for safety and compliance. The starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour, subject to variations based on skills, experience, and seniority under the collective bargaining agreement.   • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge, be insurable by company insurance policies
  • Legal authorization to work in jurisdiction of employment
  • Excellent vision and coordination including passing color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel
  • Valid state driver's license, commercial driver's license (CDL) where required
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directives from supervisor
  • Preferred three to six months experience or training in aviation, customer service or related field
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety and operational documents in English
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • Physical ability to operate vehicles and perform elevated tasks
  • Ability to carry out multi-step instructions
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
