The current opportunity is for a Front Office Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and visitors, upholding CenExel’s reputation for excellent customer service. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple front desk responsibilities efficiently. The receptionist will greet and assist individuals entering the office both in person and via telephone, ensuring that all interactions leave a positive impression. This position operates Monday through Thursday from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, offering a structured weekday schedule conducive to work-life balance.
Working as the face of CenExel Clinical Research, the receptionist will maintain an organized and welcoming lobby and front office area. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel, and performing essential secretarial tasks such as printing, scanning, and faxing. This role demands a professional, friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills to handle a busy clinical research environment effectively. It is well suited for individuals who are both team players and independent workers, able to adapt to the dynamic needs of a bustling research facility.
Given the nature of clinical research, accuracy and confidentiality are paramount, and the receptionist will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the center by ensuring that patient and visitor flow is managed courteously and efficiently. The position also requires occasional light physical activity, such as walking and standing, and the ability to lift items up to 20 pounds.
