We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Culinary Professional to join our esteemed kitchen team. This role involves preparing all hot and cold food items to the highest quality and consistency, adhering strictly to specified culinary standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation according to health department guidelines and ensuring that their work station is fully prepared at least 15 minutes prior to service. This position demands a thorough knowledge of all menu items produced by the assigned station and requires the production of orders within set quantities and time frames.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced culinary environment and demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently during busy service hours. Basic knife skills are essential, as is a firm commitment to safe food handling procedures. Physical stamina is necessary due to the requirement to stand for 8 or more hours per day, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. This position offers a competitive wage of $27.45 per hour.
