The Leader in Training role is a full-time, non-management position aimed at individuals who have been current or former associates at Marriott or those aspiring to build a career within this prestigious brand. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal team performance and seamless guest satisfaction by supporting the daily operations within the Food and Beverage department of the resort. The Leader in Training will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency, as well as managing inventory and communication with the management team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. The role requires someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and guest-centric service. The candidate will take part in managing tasks such as opening and closing procedures, inventory control using FIFO methods, monitoring dining room service and safety, workplace organization, maintenance reporting, and employee training and motivation. • High school diploma or equivalent
• minimum two years of related work experience
• at least one year of supervisory experience
