The work schedule is set from Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent routine conducive to the upkeep duties required. This position requires candidates who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of curb appeal and cleanliness, performing tasks such as trash removal, grounds maintenance, assisting with unit preparation, and weather-related cleanups. • High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
