The Host position at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is an integral role within the restaurant's Front of House operations. The role primarily involves greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, managing wait lists and table reservations using software tools, and efficiently seating guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Beyond these core tasks, the Host is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment both in guest-visible areas and behind the scenes. Reporting directly to the Front of House Supervisor Team, the Host acts as an expert resource for visitors to the onsite Food and Beverage Operations, helping to create a welcoming and organized atmosphere. This position offers an hourly compensation of $16.50, with salary offers tailored to individual skills, experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
