This role of General Manager is vital to the operations within the McDonald's restaurant. As a General Manager, you will take the lead in managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and experience, as well as supervising crew members and other managers. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating team members to ensure an efficient and positive working environment. This full-time role offers competitive pay ranging from $89,290 to $104,915 per year, plus cash incentives.
