This role of General Manager is vital to the operations within the McDonald's restaurant. As a General Manager, you will take the lead in managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and experience, as well as supervising crew members and other managers. The position involves proactive leadership and management of all people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating team members to ensure an efficient and positive working environment.
Additionally, the General Manager will oversee business decisions involving inventory management, budget planning, and food ordering to control costs and maximize profit. Food safety standards must be met and maintained to uphold McDonald’s commitment to quality. Ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees is also a key responsibility, as is maintaining the operational standards required for restaurant cleanliness and maintenance.
This full-time role offers competitive pay ranging from $89,290 to $104,915 per year, plus cash incentives.
