Now hiring an Assistant Team Leader who is fearless, inspiring, and passionate about food. This is a salaried leadership role that offers a competitive compensation rate of USD $28.75 per hour, with paychecks issued weekly. The Assistant Team Leader will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our store by assisting in daily activities across various store areas and supporting the leadership team. This role demands excellent leadership qualities, a strong drive for results, and a meticulous attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate servant leadership skills and have a solid understanding of retail business best practices. A keen eye for safety and sanitation is essential, as is the ability to coordinate store operations and maintain merchandising standards while providing unmatched customer service. The Assistant Team Leader leads by example, inspiring team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences and helping to create a positive impact in the community we serve.
This leadership role will involve coaching and training team members, overseeing register operations, managing merchandising efforts, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and government regulations related to store operations. Shift flexibility is required as the position may include morning, midday, and night shifts to facilitate store operations effectively.
