The role of Chef Manager at Aramark Student Nutrition is a vital position responsible for delivering excellent culinary services alongside exceptional customer service in educational settings. Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts throughout the United States, offering a range of dining solutions including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education, and retail operations. As a Chef Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be entrusted with a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, culinary excellence, safety protocols, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen personnel, managing food inventory requisitions and budgeting, selecting and standardizing recipes to maintain consistent food quality, planning and pricing menus, and ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
