Aramark Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef Manager to join their team at United Regional Health in Wichita Falls, TX. The Chef Manager will oversee a team of 20-25 employees, guiding them through best practices in food preparation and service, while maintaining compliance with all safety and operational procedures. This role is essential in achieving customer satisfaction by consistently delivering meals that meet client expectations in both taste and presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning food production in alignment with Aramark procedures, supervising day-to-day operations, controlling food costs, and implementing safety protocols. They will design menus tailored to client needs, manage inventory and purchasing, and lead staff development through training programs. This role calls for a strategic leader who is proactive in promoting new menu offerings and adapting to trends within the catering industry. Communication skills are critical, as the Chef Manager will maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. • Technical Secondary School and above
• Major in Cooking
• First Degree of Cook Certificate desired
• Managerial experience of at least 5 years
• Work experience of at least 10 years as chef in five-star hotel or office building for group meal is preferred
• Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Certain ability in English
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with complicated problems
• Effective capability of implementation, leadership excellence
