Currently, QSL Management is seeking a Director of Dining Services for The Barclay House of Aiken, a senior living community known for its commitment to resident satisfaction and high-quality care. This leadership role is pivotal in delivering a world-class dining experience that enhances resident well-being and enjoyment. The Director of Dining Services will oversee all dietary department operations, ensuring that the culinary experience reflects the company’s high standards.                 - Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
 - MUST have 2 years of related culinary experience in a lead cook or higher role
 - Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary or hospitality
 - 2 years of experience in managing staff in the hospitality or restaurant industry or a long-term care facility
 - ServSafe certification
 - Food Manager certification
 - Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including holiday and weekends
