The role of the Culinary Supervisor at Southern Way Catering is a full-time position focused on maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Culinary Supervisor will enforce kitchen sanitation and maintenance guidelines, oversee equipment safety standards, and manage chemical controls in accordance with health regulations. Additionally, this role involves supporting menu innovation by collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and sales team to optimize product use and minimize waste. This role requires executing standardized recipes for special events and providing on-site support for off-site catering events as directed by the Executive Chef. The Culinary Supervisor will also oversee timely execution of daily preparation lists and maintain the culinary excellence standards set by the company.
