This full-time position demands a dynamic professional who can train kitchen personnel, coordinate kitchen activities seamlessly, and maintain stringent quality control over recipe development and food presentation. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for estimating food needs, procuring supplies, setting menu prices, and ensuring all kitchen equipment operates safely and efficiently.
