The General Manager role at Smoothie King is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering the iconic Smoothie King Experience. As the ultimate ambassador of the brand, the General Manager oversees the whole store operation, focusing on building a dynamic, collaborative team culture while meeting sales and operational goals. This role involves using various operational tools such as P&L statements, scheduling software, and inventory management systems to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning. • High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Basic computer proficiency
• Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and other regulations
• ServSafe certification
• Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to handle a noisy, fast-paced work environment
