The Chef/Cook role at Live Nation Entertainment’s Concerts Division is a vital position responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. From ingredient preparation to cooking main courses, desserts, and appetizers, the chef must follow precise recipes under the direction of the Lead Chef. The duties include veggie prep, grilling, roasting, making stocks and soups, and baking, all while ensuring food freshness and safety in compliance with established health standards. Presentation and timing are crucial to create appealing meals for artists, staff, and event attendees. This role demands hands-on culinary expertise along with the ability to innovate by experimenting with recipes and suggesting new ingredients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective kitchen sanitation practices, creating prep lists, and demonstrating leadership in opening, closing, and side duties as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working under pressure and communicating clearly in a fast-moving setting. The position offers an hourly wage range of $24.00 to $30.00 (based on location and experience), reflecting Live Nation's commitment to fair and competitive compensation.
