The Manager role at Hopdoddy supports the General Manager in all areas of the restaurant’s operations. The Manager will engage in staffing processes, from interviewing and onboarding new team members to conducting performance reviews and facilitating continuous training. This role requires thorough involvement in administrative duties including scheduling, payroll reconciliation, paperwork management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. • Must demonstrate good math and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience as a salaried Manager in full service or fast casual restaurant
• Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
• Exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
• Must be able to lift 30lbs frequently and up to 80lbs occasionally
• Able to operate office/restaurant equipment effectively using all limbs, fingers and must have ability to see
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk entire workday
• Able to work under high degree of physical, mental and emotional stress in fast-paced environment making timely decisions
