The Shuttle Ambassador Customer Assistant role is a dynamic position within ABM, focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to shuttle passengers. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all shuttle users, acting as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour, with a weekly pay schedule. Employment options include both full-time and part-time roles, with weekend shifts also available, and multiple shift schedules to accommodate diverse availability including mornings, afternoons, and overnight hours.
The Shuttle Ambassador Customer Assistant is responsible for welcoming arriving passengers with a warm and helpful attitude, offering information about shuttle services, facilitating efficient passenger flow at check-in areas, and assisting passengers with special needs, such as those requiring wheelchair transport. This role may also involve assisting with baggage handling, monitoring carry-on baggage compliance, and providing support to passengers using self-service kiosks.
