We are currently seeking dedicated Servers to join our dining services team. This role is integral in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents by serving meals with care and attention to dietary standards. The position is available on both full-time and part-time bases, with shifts scheduled from 6:30am to 3:00pm for full-time employees, and 10:30am to 3:00pm or 4:00pm to 8:45pm for part-time roles. Compensation is based on experience, and the full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal wellbeing.
As a Server at The Summit of Coralville, you will be responsible for ensuring that meal service runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere for residents. Your duties will include taking and serving food orders, assisting in dining room set-ups, delivering trays upon request, and maintaining cleanliness and order in dining areas. You will act as a liaison between the food service department and residents, ensuring that residents’ rights and safety standards are observed at all times. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact closely with residents, supporting their needs and enhancing their dining experience.
