- Must have 3+ years of fine dining or catering experience in a high volume operation
- Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive a commercial vehicle
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50+ pounds
- Must be flexible to work nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business
- Must hold or be willing to obtain NYC Food Handlers Certificate
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
