Williams-Sonoma is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated retail associates to join their team, whose mission is to enhance the quality of customers' lives at home by putting the customer at the center of everything they do. This position focuses on providing an energetic and upbeat shopping experience for customers and teammates alike. The retail associate will engage with multiple clients at the cash wrap, creating positive, lasting impressions through personalized service, and managing all aspects of customer expectations including product information, care, maintenance, and delivery. Accuracy and efficiency in performing sales transactions such as sales, returns, and exchanges using POS systems are essential. Associates will affirm customers' purchases, suggest complementary merchandise, and ensure clients are informed about promotions that may impact their sales.
The role demands a proactive approach to fostering relationships, sharing information about products, in-store events, and workshops, and maintaining a visually appealing and well-supplied cash wrap area. Retail associates must maximize the use of available resources to fulfill customer needs and quickly resolve any issues.  - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

 - Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
 - Ability to operate POS system
 - Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
 - Full-time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
 - Part-time flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday)
 - Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day
