Maintaining cleanliness at the coffee and cashier stations is essential, along with general cleaning duties like trash removal and maintenance of sanitary conditions. The worker also helps in stocking and restocking pantry and refrigerator items, making sure food safety standards are met by monitoring and recording temperatures, and rotating stock based on the first in, first out principle. The role demands a proactive attitude to provide excellent service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving. Precision in handling cash transactions, including accurate cash handling and deposits, is crucial to the role. Inventory management will be a part of daily duties to maintain adequate supplies and food products.
