The role available is that of a Team Member, primarily responsible for processing member purchases efficiently and courteously. This includes verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering multiple membership products to enhance the member experience. The position requires scanning merchandise accurately through the point-of-sale system, accepting various forms of payment, and providing excellent customer service at every interaction. Team Members also play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-line department and supporting general club housekeeping as needed. They are expected to uphold BJ's Club policies, procedures, and GOLD Member Standards, which focus on greeting members, fast and friendly service, and maintaining freshness and cleanliness.
