The role of Cashier, often referred to as Guest Service Expert (GSE), is pivotal to ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, these frontline team members are responsible for warmly greeting guests, accurately processing orders, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The position places a strong emphasis on customer service skills, teamwork, and a comprehensive knowledge of the menu to assist guests with meal suggestions and inquiries. Cashiers manage point of sale transactions and take charge of cash handling processes with meticulous attention to accuracy and security.
