We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Cashier to join our Front End team. This position plays a critical customer service role by ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at checkout and return transactions. The Head Cashier is responsible for positioning cashiers effectively and supporting them by expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns across various service areas including mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
In this role, you will serve as the first level of escalation for customer issues, providing prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, as a leader within the Front End team, you will assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of Cashiers. This includes participating in training new cashiers and utilizing available tools to coach and develop their skills. The ideal candidate will have more than one year of prior Cashier experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of point of sale systems, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Minimum of 1 year cashier experience
