As a Starbucks Barista at Target, your responsibilities will include engaging guests with a welcoming attitude, producing beverages and food items according to specific recipes, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the Starbucks space, and supporting various guest services such as drive-up and order pick-up. This role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, and the capability to operate technology such as handheld scanners and multiple frequency communication devices. • Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Ability to climb up and down ladders
• Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays reliable and prompt attendance necessary
• Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F as needed
• Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
