Morrison Healthcare is currently hiring for both full-time and part-time Cashier roles with immediate availability. The schedule offers flexibility but requires availability Monday through Friday with some weekend work, reflecting the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment. The pay range for the role is between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation within the retail and food service sectors. As a Cashier at Morrison Healthcare, you will perform essential cashiering duties such as processing cash transactions, verifying and managing cash drawers, issuing change, and accurately recording sales. In addition to transactional responsibilities, you will assist with general food service duties, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the service and dining areas, and ensure compliance with safety and ServSafe guidelines. Customer service is a critical aspect of this role, requiring a friendly, service-oriented attitude and the ability to manage customer interactions and resolve complaints effectively. Beyond transactional tasks, the Cashier helps keep service areas well-stocked and orderly, replenishing condiments, beverages, and pastries as needed. The role demands strict adherence to company policies on cash control, inventory procedures, and sanitation standards.
