The Leasing & Marketing Team Leader plays a critical role in supporting the Community Manager by overseeing multiple facets of property operations with a primary focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and overall community functions. This position is essential in maintaining high occupancy rates, aiming for 100% occupancy through a balanced approach of resident retention, leasing current units, and pre-leasing upcoming availability. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing warm and professional customer service. Duties include answering inquiries, conducting property tours, managing lease applications, and maintaining accurate records. Attention to detail and compliance with company policies are essential to ensure the community runs smoothly and residents remain satisfied. This leadership role also involves engaging with residents through the property's concierge program, helping to create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere. - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Strong communication skills
