We are currently hiring a Campus Executive Chef (CEC) for our Mountain View, CA location to support our dynamic culinary operations at Google. This full-time position offers an annual salary between $105,000 and $120,000 and is bonus eligible, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization. The Campus Executive Chef plays a pivotal leadership role, managing multi-unit culinary operations with a central focus on delivering exceptional food service aligned with the Google Food program's high standards. The CEC collaborates extensively across diverse internal teams to maintain consistency, quality, and innovation in all culinary offerings. This position requires a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, allergen management, and fostering an inclusive hospitality environment where associates and users feel welcomed and valued.   • Ability to drive and enhance a culture of food and workplace safety
  • degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
  • bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • minimum of 3 years multi-unit culinary supervisory experience in similar high volume, quality food service establishment
  • highly developed culinary skills
  • ability to create innovative dishes within food program guidelines
  • proven leadership, coaching and teaching skills
  • proven budget management skills
  • proficient in computer skills including Google Suite
  • experience managing union environment is a plus
  • ServSafe certification
