This full-time position is for an Airline Coordinator responsible for overseeing the quality and timely catering of key international flights, both at the central catering facility and on the field. The coordinator will maintain communication channels with airline management, ramp personnel, and internal teams to ensure seamless flight operations. This role requires constant awareness of flight schedules, gate changes, and potential issues, with the ability to react swiftly to maintain service standards and compliance with regulations such as FDA, HACCP, and company SOPs.
The Airline Coordinator is charged with assigning and dispatching drivers, monitoring on-time delivery of meals, performing daily quality checks, and ensuring all customer specifications are met. Working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, the candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and professionalism under pressure. This role is critical in maintaining food safety standards and ramp safety protocols while promoting teamwork and maintaining composure in a dynamic 24/7 work environment.
