The position involves managing the point of sale system for ticket sales, dining plans, and university identification cards, maintaining accurate cash handling with register accountability, and offering assistance with event directions, campus services, and lost and found inquiries. The Campus Concierge also plays an important role in maintaining an organized space by keeping brochures updated and ensuring resources are accessible to all guests.
