• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of cake decorating and baking experience
• Grocery store bakery experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to take and submit photos in various formats
• Ability to work in a bakery environment and operate baking and decorating equipment
• Ability to work all shifts required by the customer including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Self-starter with superior organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Highly motivated and goal oriented with ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
