The Busser role at First Watch is an integral part of the restaurant’s smooth operations and exceptional customer service experience. Tasked with ensuring the dining area is clean, sanitized, and ready for new guests, the Busser operates efficiently and discreetly to maintain table readiness within 3 minutes. They act as silent communicators, coordinating closely with Hosts and Servers to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping duties such as rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness. The position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to work swiftly and attentively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
