The Guest Services Representative at AVE plays a vital role as the welcoming face of the community, directly influencing the resident and guest experience through personalized attentiveness and efficient service. This full-time role in Phoenix, Arizona, offers competitive compensation starting at $21 per hour, with additional opportunities for bonuses based on performance. The position requires working primarily Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility needed for additional shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting lasting positive impressions among residents, prospects, clients, and visitors by exceeding expectations through proactive service and detailed attention. You will manage front-desk operations such as creating key cards, logging packages, and coordinating check-in and check-out procedures. A key aspect of this position is excellent communication, as you will handle resident and guest inquiries through multiple channels, interact with internal teams like management, maintenance, and housekeeping, and maintain detailed records to ensure smooth community operations.

- Must have face-to-face customer service experience
- Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve as well as proactively alleviate potential resident concerns
- Willingness to master and use industry systems and programs (Yardi and/or Oscar experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm with flexibility to cover additional shifts
