The role of Cafe Customer Service Associate at Victory Coffee Co. is a part-time, non-exempt position designed for individuals passionate about providing top-tier customer experiences in a fast-paced cafe environment. This role emphasizes preparing food and drinks on demand, promoting monthly specials, managing the cash register and POS system, and ensuring the cafe operates smoothly from opening to closing. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Weekend shifts are a part of the schedule, underscoring the need for flexibility and dedication.
