This role is designed for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at one of Shake Shack’s high-volume locations with a focus on superior service and guest satisfaction. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team, training new and existing employees, and ensuring the Shack operational standards are consistently met or exceeded. You will motivate and coach team members to deliver the highest level of hospitality and uphold the company’s mission of doing the right thing. Additionally, you will develop and implement community engagement plans such as local events and word-of-mouth promotions to boost brand presence. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining sanitation standards are also critical components of this role.
The position offers a competitive salary within the range of $31.34 to $40.32 per hour, along with quarterly performance bonuses.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
 - Knowledge of health and safety regulations
 - Strong leadership and coaching skills
 - Basic financial literacy
 - Food handler certification (preferred)
