The role of Operations Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa is an integral leadership position within the Food & Beverage Team. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations. They will be responsible for key operational functions such as scheduling, forecasting staffing needs, training employees, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Hyatt standards.
