Busers and Runners are responsible for delivering hot food from the kitchen to customers promptly and assisting servers as needed to meet guest needs efficiently and courteously. Maintaining food safety standards and cleanliness is integral to this position, including clearing and resetting tables as well as cleaning seating areas and floors to keep the dining area inviting. This position demands strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Employees must be physically capable of bending, reaching, squatting, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds, as well as standing for shifts typically ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
