Additional responsibilities include completing side work to assist the team before and after shifts, managing bus tubs and glass racks, and maintaining excellent communication with kitchen staff, management, and serving teams. The role demands physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds occasionally. Working days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry.
