The Busser/Barback position at YARD HOUSE is integral to supporting the restaurant's servers and bartenders, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization across various areas including the dining room, bar, lobby, and service stations. Busser/Barbacks assist bartenders by clearing bar tops, sanitizing glassware and plateware, restocking necessary items, and changing out kegs to keep the beer selections fresh. Compensation for this role includes a base pay that varies depending on location and the benefit of earning tips. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
