The Back Server/Busser position at True Food Kitchen plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the restaurant. These team members keep the establishment running efficiently by ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests. They maintain a fast pace throughout the restaurant, clearing tables promptly, resetting them, and assisting servers and bartenders with food and beverage delivery. Beyond routine cleaning duties, they help maintain the overall ambiance and guest satisfaction by addressing spills quickly and offering sincere hospitality which enhances the dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant setting and value teamwork and excellent service. With shift options including AM, PM, and Mid-day, and flexible part-time to full-time hours available, the position offers varied scheduling to accommodate different lifestyles. The starting compensation includes state tipped minimum wage plus tips, with earning potential varying by location and shift.
