This results in optimized performance and maximized asset value. Highgate’s leadership team includes some of the most experienced hotel management professionals in the industry, making the company a trusted partner for top ownership groups and major hotel brands, with corporate offices strategically located in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle. One of Highgate’s premier properties is a stylish, 243-room boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Miami. Situated just steps from Bayfront Park — a popular destination for concerts, fairs, and cultural events — this hotel offers guests modern, elegantly designed guestrooms with impressive views of Biscayne Bay or the Miami skyline. The onsite restaurant, Biscayne Tavern, serves three meals daily and caters to both business and leisure travelers. The property’s central location provides easy access to Miami’s vibrant culinary and entertainment scenes. In addition to food delivery, Food Runners assist in clearing and resetting tables during service, helping maintain a neat and organized dining environment. Maintaining health code standards for food handling is a key responsibility to ensure guest safety and regulatory compliance. This hourly position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to customer service within a fast-paced hotel restaurant setting. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, embody a professional appearance, and uphold the company’s values and hospitality spirit. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the restaurant and contributes directly to the overall positive impression guests take away from their dining experience at the boutique hotel.
