This role involves a variety of responsibilities including clearing and setting tables, polishing and stocking dining equipment such as silverware, linens, and glassware, and maintaining a tidy and inviting dining area throughout service hours. Attention to detail and promptness are vital, as Busser duties ensure that all tables meet our rigorous cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after guest visits. In addition to these tasks, the Busser will help with preparing coffee and providing other forms of support to servers as needed, guaranteeing smooth and efficient service delivery. This position demands flexibility in working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and requires the ability to work well in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, environment with exposure to secondary smoke and bright lighting.
