The Manager will also influence air vehicle design through safety feature enhancements and fault management strategies, working closely within multidisciplinary engineering teams and with external military and industry partners.                 - Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
 - 10 years engineering experience in the aerospace industry

 - 3 years of leadership experience
 - Candidates must be eligible to obtain Secret Security Clearance
