The Manager will also influence air vehicle design through safety feature enhancements and fault management strategies, working closely within multidisciplinary engineering teams and with external military and industry partners. • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
• 10 years engineering experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience performing system safety analyses for a development program
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain Secret Security Clearance
