The role of Food Runner and Busser at Live! Casino & Hotel is integral to the seamless delivery of food and beverage services, both in the restaurant and through In-Room Dining (IRD). This position supports the wait staff by expediting food orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests, and enhancing the overall dining experience. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, organizing dining and expo areas, and assisting with guest needs. The Food Runner and Busser must coordinate closely with the kitchen staff and waiters to ensure that all food presentations meet the high standards of the establishment and that guest inquiries regarding menu items are handled professionally. This role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and a high level of energy to navigate the bustling casino and restaurant environment effectively. Candidates should be knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as Alcohol Beverage Control laws. Physical stamina is essential, as the job entails standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout long shifts. • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a scheduled shift including stairs and extended distances
