The current job opening is for full-time and part-time hourly positions as Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants to support P.F. Chang’s dine-in and takeout divisions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth restaurant operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. The position involves a combination of maintaining cleanliness, running food orders, bussing tables, and assisting with catering service including delivery when applicable. Team members in this role are expected to demonstrate strong customer service skills, helping guide guests through the menu, answering questions, and ensuring order accuracy for takeout and catering. Working closely with other restaurant staff, the Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant helps create a welcoming atmosphere and seamless dining experience. The pay range for this role is between $10.70 to $12.70 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips, providing decent earning potential for both part-time and full-time employees. P.F.
