Duties include setting tables with linens, flatware, and china, replenishing glassware and silverware, assisting with buffet and event setups, and providing excellent customer service by offering beverages and desserts to guests. Attention to detail is essential to ensure all serving areas are well-stocked and orderly, and that hygiene standards are maintained, including food safety protocols. Additionally, the position involves assisting servers and ensuring that special events and buffets run seamlessly by preparing food stations and handling logistical tasks.
