Within the Food & Beverage Services Department, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join its team in a full-time, permanent role that emphasizes superior guest service and operational excellence. The position demands commitment to the highest quality standards as set forth in the restaurant’s Standards Manual by the Food & Beverage management, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Employees will provide courteous, efficient, and flexible service aligned with the prestigious Rosewood Hotels’ brand expectations, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
The role encompasses numerous responsibilities critical to the smooth operation of the dining services. Candidates will be expected to diligently prepare for each shift by inspecting and setting tables with cleanliness and order as priorities before opening the service station. Handling all preparatory side jobs and organizing service carts with the requisite clean and proper items are fundamental to daily operations. Working under the direct supervision of restaurant captains, team members must communicate effectively with kitchen staff, especially regarding any special guest orders, and ensure timely and accurate food delivery to guests to maintain optimal meal pacing.
An attentive awareness of guest needs and continuous service from the start to the finish of their dining experience is essential. This includes keeping the tables clean as meals progress and assisting captains with guest greetings upon arrival and expressing appreciation when guests depart. A thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items served at the establishment are mandatory to confidently respond to guest inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
Candidates must hold a valid Food Handler Certification to comply with health and safety standards.
