The Concierge position at Priority Life Care is a crucial role within the community, serving as the initial point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff. This role requires a courteous and friendly individual who excels in communication and interpersonal skills to manage the front desk and reception responsibilities. The Concierge ensures a welcoming environment by assisting guests, providing accurate information, and facilitating smooth entry and exit procedures in line with all state and federal regulations. Working every other weekend from 8 AM to 1:30 PM, this position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of seniors while being part of a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, helping with basic administrative duties such as word processing, and assisting guests with mobility needs. Emphasizing professionalism and compassion, the Concierge supports the organization’s mission by promoting an atmosphere of respect and care. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
• Valid drivers license with no moving violations in the last four (4) years
• Must pass a background screening
• Prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industries, a plus
