The role available is a leadership position within the beverage department at one of Legends Global’s prestigious venues, Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, coupled with bonus potential and an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan. The Beverage Director will play a crucial role in directing all beverage-related activities within the venue, ensuring operational excellence and financial responsibility of the beverage outlet. The position demands a hands-on leader who will conduct monthly inventories to ensure accurate tracking of alcoholic beverages, coordinate beverage and equipment movement across concessions, suites, restaurants, and catering operations, and maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through exceptional customer service. Coordination with purchasing and other departments to align on SOPs and best practices is essential, alongside responsibilities like drink menu development, monitoring inventory and pricing adjustments, and developing thorough beverage training programs for the food and beverage team. Safety and regulatory compliance are paramount in this role, including training on state and local beverage laws to ensure proper and legal customer service of all alcohol products. The role also incorporates supervisory duties such as interviewing, hiring, training employees, performance appraisals, and resolving workplace issues.   • College degree preferred
  • Three to five years food & beverage and/or restaurant experience required
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance standards
