The Bob's Steak and Chop House at this Omni location is currently seeking an experienced Broiler Cook to join their culinary team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and presentation that Bob's is known for. Famous for serving USDA prime beef steaks from the top two percent of quality, Bob's prides itself on big, flavorful cuts alongside generously portioned award-winning sides. The menu is enhanced using homemade and locally sourced ingredients, ensuring every dish delivers exceptional taste. The restaurant also offers an extensive wine selection, tailored uniquely by each location, featuring 300 to 500 wines and focusing on climate-controlled cellars and special monthly selections. The Broiler Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes primarily focusing on broiling meats, maintaining portion control and quality, and working collaboratively with wait staff and kitchen colleagues to exceed guest expectations. This individual will also take part in supervising daily food preparation, training kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food safety and cleanliness standards meet the strict guidelines set by health authorities and company policies.
